By accessing and using the Academix platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information

Academix is a comprehensive school management platform that provides:

• Student information management systems
• Academic planning and curriculum management tools
• Communication platforms for educational stakeholders
• Assessment and grading capabilities
• Attendance tracking and reporting
• Financial management for educational institutions

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination

Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new customers. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Educational Data

• We comply with FERPA and other applicable education privacy laws
• Student data is used solely for educational purposes
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• You retain ownership of your data and can export it at any time

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Telvex Technologies and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to users.

In no event shall Telvex Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months prior to such claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We will provide you with access to export your data for 30 days
• We may delete your data after the export period expires
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Telvex Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
